Le Buck A Shuck

Every Monday we offer the freshest oysters available for just $1 each. Join us at the bar beginning at 4:00PM for $1 oysters, our full happy hour menu of delicious appetizers, sandwiches and drink specials.

If you prefer, grab a table in the dining room beginning at 5:00PM and start your evening with a dozen (or more!) icy cold, freshly shucked oysters from places like Delaware Bay, Long Island, Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay and Cape Cod. It’s a different oyster every week. Get here early before they sell out.

Meet old friends and new at the bistro bar Monday through Friday from 4-6PM for the most sophisticated happy hour in Chestnut Hill featuring our full bar menu of hors d’oeuvres and sandwiches at half price and an array of changing drink specials.

TOUR DE FRANCE is Paris Bistro’s virtual culinary tour through France. Each week we “travel” to a new culinary destination with three different dishes and additional wine and cocktail pairings. Come with us to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace and Provençe. A trip to France has never been easier.
