Every Monday we offer the freshest oysters available for just $1 each. Join us at the bar beginning at 4:00PM for $1 oysters, our full happy hour menu of delicious appetizers, sandwiches and drink specials.
If you prefer, grab a table in the dining room beginning at 5:00PM and start your evening with a dozen (or more!) icy cold, freshly shucked oysters from places like Delaware Bay, Long Island, Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay and Cape Cod. It’s a different oyster every week. Get here early before they sell out.

TOUR DE FRANCE is Paris Bistro’s virtual culinary tour through France. Each month we “travel” to a new culinary destination with a three-course menu with additional wine and cocktail pairings. Come with us to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace and Provençe. A trip to France has never been easier.
